Exercises are indispensable for a child’s development. By doing sport children get to know how to strengthen their personality and self-confidence. They learn how to deal with themselves, how to get in touch with others and develop their social skills. In addition, children learn more about themselves and their body – its possibilities and limitations: fun, adventure, strength, power, relaxation, fatigue and exhaustion. They also perceive the surroundings and influences: What is on top, what is at the bottom? What is fast, what is slow? Which forces act in which form of motion? Sport helps children to pool knowledge and experience and is part of a very important process in the development of their personality. Therefore, sport represents an optimal instrument to motivate children to move and exercise.

As an institution that commits itself to the support, monitoring and promotion of young athletes for over ten years, we try to give children an understanding of the diverse world of sport in order to get them interested in movement and sport. To achieve this JumpandReach organizes for many years various sport projects for children to exemplify values such as fairness, respect, ambition and discipline and to teach and give them the joy of movement and sport. In the future we keep going to organize various projects for children, and we are constantly striving to implement new ideas, show kids what is fun but also the importance of sport.
